Frank lives in Lorain, Ohio, and is a graduate of Ohio State University where he was a staff member of the 1985 Ohio State Rose Bowl team. Frank has over 25 years of experience working with major intercollegiate athletic programs, professional sports, and has been heavily involved in player evaluations and the recruiting process. Frank spent 3 years at the University of Southern California, 9 years at Purdue University, and 2 years at Kent State. His roles included recruiting coordinator, director of operations and NCAA compliance coordinator. He also worked with the Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Indians organizations. He spent the last nine years with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a college scout and in 2002 he was a member of Buccaneers first Super Bowl championship team. Frank played a role in the recruiting process of current NFL players Drew Brees, Carson Palmer, Troy Polamalu and former NFL star Mike Alstott. He has scouted over 10,000 high school and college prospects nationwide and has worked with many coaches including Jim Tressel, Tony Dungy, John Gruden, Mike Tomlin, Pete Carroll, Joe Tiller and Earle Bruce.
