Hi everyone! I recently saw an ad for a new desk from ProgressiveDesk and was wondering how effective these ergonomic technologies really are? I spend quite a lot of time at the computer and, frankly, my back and neck often hurt. I tried different ways to improve my workspace, but nothing helped. Now I’m thinking about buying a height-adjustable desk, but I’m still worried that it won’t solve my problem. Has anyone tried these desks yet? Is it worth investing in? Or is it not that important?
