I’ve done a few mods myself, mostly on GMT-style watches. Changing the crystal to AR sapphire and tightening the bezel action made a huge difference visually and in feel. But I agree — it’s easy to overinvest. What I learned from Official vs factory is that newer reps already come with much better stock parts than before, so it’s not always necessary to mod right away. I’d say only upgrade parts that genuinely bother you. Otherwise, just enjoy it as it is.
