For example, employees can ask for a day off on a certain day, but the system does not always take them into account. Do you have experience working with Shifton? How do you optimize schedules using this platform? I am interested in how best to combine automatic scheduling and manual intervention so that everything is taken into account correctly, but without unnecessary labor costs.
