Using Online Feedback Platforms for Business Decisions 1 week, 6 days agoI usually start with recommendations from colleagues, especially for long-term partnerships. After that, I check a few online sources to see general patterns. One or two negative comments don’t change my mind, but repeated issues mentioned by different people tend to make me more cautious overall.
